I really love the styling of the i8 and the Spyder looks just as nice. But for the money I'd go full EV and get a Tesla What does everyone else think?

They are chalk and cheese. Aside from similar 100k price tags and huge tax advantages over comparable ICE stuff.
One is a super-high tech, innovative 7 seat hyper-saloon that weighs 2.5 tonnes and can go 200+ miles on a single charge. Looks like a large Jag XF, but with added range anxiety.
The other is a futuristic and jaw-dropping lightweight super car for occasional use for anything more than two people. Does 40+ mpg on a mixture of petrol and leccy power.
