Do all UK LPG stations require the same LPG adapters? If so - which one?

Do they keep adapters on-site for customers to use?

Been on LPG for years. I carry the adapter pictured below. Never needed anything different anywhere I've been so I don't know if the garages have them to loan.
After you've screwed it into the entry point as shown in the clip the filler gun fits over it & you twist the gun nozzle to engage with the lugs you can see sticking out before operating the lever on the gun to lock it on & make the seal.

The fuel adapter on my car looks like neither end of that adapter, it's quite small, seen here:

This is the adapter I have (below) - maybe the adapter that you use would fit into this, so I have to effectively use 2 adapters?

You have an adaptor for Belgium and the Netherlands, the one for France, Italy and Switzerland is something similar, a cup shape, but without the outside thread as in yours.

You want a screw in bayonet fitting as has previously been posted.
