Yes.
The only 'catch' is, more people have cottoned on so getting on a charging point is getting harder. The map isn't yet completely accurate and many of the Carparki locations don't work with the specific exception of Qpark who seem to be doing everything right.
Source london are trying to get more agreements signed with old entities (providers, local authorities) to be able to centralise control and repair and upgrade existing posts, before starting on adding more.
