EV/Hybrids make up 4 out of the 'Top 10' Driver power survey
Discussion
Having switched from a twin turbo 3l petrol + turbo diesel to a Hybrid/ICE + Full EV about 4 weeks ago, my only regret is not doing it 12 months ago. There's really not much more to say, and this survey doesn't include the recent explosion of PHEV cars, or the Tesla/BMW icars. I think the begining of the end for the ICE is with-in sight, I for one cannot wait for the ICE to vanish off the roads.

That's probably a useful survey for someone who doesn't like cars or know anything about them but wants a white goods appliance kind of vehicle.
I know a little about cars, I've owned some nice ones over the years, and I've got to say that my Nissan Leaf is absolutely brilliant. The fact that the MG3 is in the top 10 makes me question how the survey responses were weighted...
Generally, driver power is based on user satisfaction, so if you had low expectations of a car (eg. cheap Chinese MG), and it didn't blow up after the first drive in the rain, you'd be happy. Conversely, a discerning new Range Rover buyer may feel aggrieved by the smallest imperfection that wouldn't register with someone else.
I like the fact we know have choice of ICE, electric, hybrid etc, but find electric car service costs hilarious considering they do bugger all at the service other than kick the tyres and check that the brakes are still attached.

I have a Zoe. On a 2 year deal from the cheap offers that were around in Dec 14
It is a smashing car and I can understand why so many people rated it so highly as a total package at the price they were available for at the back end of last year
Not possible to have it as my only car and the technology isn't quite ready to push ICE cars off the road totally yet
But, if you do less than 80 miles a day and have somewhere to plug it in, the case for it is very compelling as a 'get me from A to B cost effectively and in comfort with a dash of fun' vehicle

I've owned a DC2 Integra R, Nissan 350Z, and a heavily modified BMW 335i. The two cars on our drive is currently a Lexus IS300H, and a Nissan Leaf. I wouldn't swap what we have now on the drive way for any of my previous ICE cars. I certainly didn't but our current cars based on this survey, but I find it hard to disagree with the findings.
