The ricer / street machine crowd have :

4" exhausts
(fake) braided hoses
Blue/red anodised everything
Stick-on carbon fibre

The audio crowd have :

Massive supercaps
Oxygen-free linz cable
256 times oversampling
Neon everything

Where will EV bling go?
What's in Halfords 2024 christmas catalog?

idea An EV would be a good base for a stupid overkill audio system, if that's your thing : less noise than an IC engine, and you could drive a decent power amp if you wire to the traction battery.

hurl

One of the guys at work (serious petrol head and race car tuner) runs RC electric cars as a hobby, currently running to about 100 mph, where they get a bit squirrely, apparently.

The go-fast community for these is both thriving and technically savvy, and I am sure there will end up being aftermarket tuning for EVs in the near future.

However, what I want is the bling. Think braided hose covers, chrome rocker covers / oil filler caps, mahoosive intercoolers etc.
That bodykit is a start, I suppose, but not a good one.
