I3 buyers what options are must haves?
Discussion
Rapid charging?
Park assist?
Driver assist?
Internet?
Alloys?
Privacy glass?
So far I've chosen only alloys but might revert back to standard crap free ones and spend money saved on park assist and internet I case I get bored in a traffic jam.
Forgot to say I've got winter prep which includes heated seats for £240.

You'll probably get widely different answers from the i3 owners here but, for me, I didn't spend anything on cosmetic upgrades and spent the dosh on the driver toys and don't regret it. The driver assist is great value IMO (and the adaptive cruise is fantastic on motorways and queuing in town) but you do need to upgrade from the standard interior to spec it. The winter prep is well worth it for helping with range.
Seeing as you're getting REx I wouldn't bother with rapid charging (sure others will disagree). As well as saving time by refilling rather than waiting for a charge a lot of the DC rapid chargers cost money to use (Chargemaster is £7.50 for 30 mins) so the cost difference between fuel/recharge is negligible. It also depends on how often you plan to rapid charge, I'm finding that over 90% of my mileage is done via charging from home. Put the £560 towards the DAP is my advice although I'm probably sounding like a broken record as it's not the first time I've said this. It's worth searching the big i3 threads, it's been discussed a lot here already.

Rapid - it's everywhere now and free.
Chargemaster now have fees for their rapids as do some CYC locations. Dale Vince of Ecotricity has said they're introducing fees as from January next year i.e. before subevo will collect his REx.I think it was Ross who was saying that the extra cost of DC charging is very little if leasing but if purchasing yourself I don't think the sums add up anymore for the REx (obviously yes for BEV).
