Electric Harley and hybrid motorcycle

In this week's MCN, there are a couple of cool future-tech bikes that are mentioned that I thought people on here might be interested in. I didn't bother Biker Banter with it, because for the main, they like things that go "brum brum" and drip oil on the garage floor.

First up, there is this brilliant PIHEV dirt bike:

Let's hope there are a few more options for electric bikes in the near future. They make more sense than electric cars in many ways.

I was up at Dunsfold yesterday for their EV day and had a go on the Brammo Empulse. Brilliant fun! I was already an electric bike convert, but the progress they've made in the last few years is brilliant. It was a really fun bike, not just a fun electric bike.

I'm preparing a bit of a write up if anyone's interested but here's a few pics of the bike.
