Yes they are free for a 3kW unit or around £95 for a 7kW unit.
You can get them from chargemaster, podpoint, british gas etc.

I have a chargemaster 7kW unit.
I had the 7kw unit fitted two weeks ago on the basis that it will service more cars. Our local estate agent visited today and said it was a "wise investment as future house buyers would find it an attractive option". You can get them from chargemaster, podpoint, british gas etc.
