So what do you think?

C1 would be great for my commute, looks even more fun than a Twizy ;-)

I looked at these a few months back. The gyroscopic action is brilliant and keeps the bike upwards when stationary. They will cost a pretty penny when they hit the streets but I guess that's the price you pay for exclusivity.
The website suggests $24000 before any incentives are applied - seems remarkably decent to me...I'm not a big fan of hybrids or electrics, but I have to admit that this has me hooked. I've been watching them for the last 18m or so, and I'm pretty keen to get one for a commuter/runaround. Very impressed with the vid of it being yanked around and still standing up - like a large and stubborn bull!
Only current reservation is how easy passenger access and use is in real life. This would have to serve as Dad's Cab too.

It weighs 360kg, which means it's comparable to the G-Wiz in terms of both weight and battery capacity, but there are no gyros or complex control systems to be powered in a G-Wiz.
Theres always the Tron-bike EV version of the Monotracer from Switzerland !
0-60 in 4'ish, 150mph, 180'ish mile range, 200 BHP max, Cda of 0.18, 2 seats, Kevlar body, auto stabilisers, ABS, Leather and A/C etc etc . . but a tad costly at £65-70k.
