Why are used Audi e-tron so cheap?

Glad people have managed to take advantage of the offer that I posted.
I still haven’t picked mine up yet due to Maidstone Audi being useless. Should be looking at getting it this weekend though.
The residual value on mine is £23k after 18 months and there’s no way it’s going to be worth that, so it’s a no-brainer to just give it back at the end like a lease.
My figures are £500 month, £280/month, 6k over 18 months. The dealer messed up my paperwork so had to knock £750 off the price of the car to stick to the deal agreed.
If anyone is looking, there is around a month wait for the charger to be fitted, so something to be aware of.

I've had a look at a few but there's no finance info available

Yeah the car was on Audis approved used website and then I spoke to the dealer directly. I've had a look at a few but there's no finance info available
I’ll be honest, I’m not sure if they’re still running the £2500 finance contribution and free home charger offer though.

Runs to the end of December, I believe. Whether they extend or not will depend on the success of it, I'd guess. It's all about balancing EV sales to ICE to avoid the upcoming fine structures I was told at the dealership the other day. Whether real or not, I cannot say, but it sounded plausible.I’ll be honest, I’m not sure if they’re still running the £2500 finance contribution and free home charger offer though.

Can someone do me a favour please and send a link of similar deal?
I can't find anything near that

The official quote/price I got from the dealer matched the online finance calculator so that should be pretty close.

Yeah you will receive an email from Ohme, which includes a questionnaire/survey of your home you fill out. Once you’ve completed that someone from ChargedEV, who install them, will contact you to book your fitting.
It is quite a lengthy process though. I sent my survey 2 weeks ago, and they contacted me yesterday to book me in for fitting on the 10th Jane.
You’ll also have to be £50 for surge protection too.
ETA: How did it drive? I’ve not had chance to drive one yet, only poke around inside.
It felt pretty normal to drive but the accelerator pedal was very hard initially, took a bit of recalibration in my mind, unfortunately we didn’t get far as a tyre pressure warning light came on. It’s essentially going to be a posh school bus/shopping trolley for us.

I can also recommend James at Walton Audi as they added a sweetener to get the monthly payments down to where I needed. I didn't buy the car as Sytner Derby did a deal on the one I test drove I can't find anything near that
They seem good value, eg 27k/2 years old/25k miles
The interest on pcp etc looks a bit dodgy though (12.5% v Bank Loan 5%)
Car company finance seems to have been set at the height of the interest rate debacle, who’d have thought it!
But pcp sweetener of charger & deposit contribution..
Tempted Px+cash/loan

I've had a 50 Black Edition for 3 years and 40k miles. Summer range is 160-180, winter range is 125-150. 90% of my journeys are local so no problem as I have home charger. They are extremely cheap to run if you have a tariff like Intelligent Octopus. Longer journeys can be a pain, you just need to plan ahead and have a plan B. It's an extremely comfy car and well built, the air suspension is great. I am looking forward to something with a slightly better range, although I think it will be a downgrade in terms of a quality.
My MG4 Trophy 64 kw was returning a range of 250 to 280 miles during the summer. Last few weeks been seeing 160 to 180 miles in cold and wet weather. That’s with headlights, wipers and heating on so still covering what I need. 70/30 split of motorway/urban use daily. Thanks to this place I specifically looked at 280 + range to mitigate winter range drop.
Keep an eye on these threads though as a cheap pcp family EV could replace the wife’s Defender and pop the £60k back in the bank.
