Around four McLarens heading south through the San Gottardo tunnel just now, sadly no photos. Anyone on here?!

Hard to tell, I was about five minutes into the tunnel so pretty dark at that point. All dark colours though and pretty sure one of them was a 650s.

I'm not on it, but the UK McLaren Owners Club Alps Tour began a few days ago, so could well be them.

Sounds like an excellent trip, sounded nice rumbling through the tunnel!

It will be the Alps tour which started at the MTC on Monday. There are just under 40 cars on the trip.

It was impressive to see Oscar and Lando’s cars stripped down to their monocoques considering they were racing in Italy less than 24 hours before.

Then yesterday, it was the McLaren Pure track day at Silverstone.

For all those naysayers about reliability.

The MoC tour of France, Germany, Switzerland and (for some) Italy took 37 McLarens and one support car. Over 82,000 miles combined, 3 punctures and one minor argument with a field.

0 mechanical breakdowns, 0 recovery services called and 0 cars left behind.

All models of cars from the 12c to the 765LT involved and more than a little "spirited driving". Some German police a bit miffed and some Swiss units telling us to go to Germany to speed smile
