Recently turned 31 and looking at getting back into a Mac. Previously had 12C (years ago) and a yellow 570S spider which I loves (and still regret sometimes for selling around a year ago)
Last time I drove 720S spider was at the event on launch with McLaren Leeds, yellow again, and I remember loving it, but can't fully remember.
Really fancying the green one at McLeeds (travelling down from Newcastle today to view despite the weather being TERRIBLE!)
Any thoughts?
Scott
PS was between a 488 huracan and this (all.spidee) now narrowed to this and huracan which I am also viewing today)
For reference huracan is the purple one at apollo in Sheffield so viewing that one first and Mac on way back.
Currently got a lime essence vantage, and 458.
Cheers
Scott

I have a 458 and a 720 spider. I bloody love the the 720 it’s amazing, so comfortable and laugh out loud silly.

I bought from Mac Manchester as Leeds really didn’t want to sell me a car. I found them a bit meh.

Probably use them for servicing as they are local.

That green car has manual seats which is supposed to give a little extra leg room. Although the 720 has plenty of space in it.

Ad doesn’t say if it has a tracker, most insurance companies are going to want one, sort from Admiral.

It looks a bit pricey to me, at about £10k more than other approved 2020-22 Spiders. I know Napier green is great and all, but that's quite a bit extra unless I'm missing something.

In the Sports Series the manually adjusted seats sit you lower which is good, however I don't think they are heated, so if that matters to you then worth checking in this case.

It looks great.

Samoht - I agree regarding pricing, I have bought from McLeeds previously and a significant discount is unlikely! It's the colour as haven't seen many, I didn't realise it didn't have heated seats, and that is a pretty important option for me, and manual seats doesn't quite hit it at this price point imo. Thanks for the reply and info. Cheers.

I have always used Leeds for servicing etc (locality) and have always had a good experience, what wasn't good in your experience?

I didn't realise the manual seats weren't heated either which is pretty important imo.

PS 458 is favourite car I've ever owned, only regret is I didn't wait to find a yellow one at point of purchase!

Basically I went to see them trying work out whether to go spider or coupe. They called a bit later to say one coming in the next day in my preferred colour. Went to see it, it had buckets and not comfortable to me.

Then I never heard from them again. They new I was ready to buy and was actively looking. Turns out a number of cars came through that would have been up my street.

Anyway, Mac Manchester were brilliant and so I bought from them.

I found Leeds a little odd previously, was looking to swap my F430. But they wouldn’t let me touch a car until a buyer was found for he 430 which they didn’t want.

In the end I kept the 430 to sell later and bought the 458. So they lost out twice due to attitude. That’s their prerogative, it I just found it strange.
