I have a 2020 600LTS.

When I make or receive a call over Bluetooth, I can hear the other person but they cannot hear me. Very frustrating.

My phone is a Samsung A54S. It works fine when connected via Bluetooth on my other cars. Also, my dealer connected an iphone to the LT and it worked fine on Bluetooth. I'm wondering if it's only an issue for Samsung phones or some Samsung phones !

We did the car reset/reboot and I reset my phone.

I've tried other obvious things like unpairing and re-pairing etc.

Anyone else had this problem ? Any suggestions ?

Many thanks.

Could it be that the car’s microphone is non-functional?

It was confirmed it was working by calling and talking to someone on an iphone from the car, whilst at the dealer.

Sounds like it could be a Bluetooth problem then. Bluetooth works but the two devices which are connected doing a handshake during which they each communicate their capabilities to the other. If the car isn’t telling the phone it can act as a mic as well as a speaker the phone will just treat it like a speaker.

Does the phone mic stay active when connected to the car?

Ask your dealer are there any software updates available for your IRIS. Typically dealers don’t like doing software updates as it’s a nightmare process that takes hours.

I would check that it is connected as a phone, not just as a media source.

Thanks. Yes, in fact I've tried connecting it as all options but no joy !
