Asking £1.4m, which seems pretty much mid-market for these, not too much of a celebrity premium.



Apparently one of four 'VVIP' cars, with the other three going to Ron, Mika and Lewis back in 2015.


I hadn't heard of V Engineering getting involved in selling cars previously, I'd definitely be happy to buy a P1 from them (if I had the small matter of a few million lying around), as they're best placed to address worries around the hybrid battery life and other issues.

I assume they are involved because they are the P1 specialists in the UK, and because they have been looking after / prepping the car. They had three P1s in the workshop (plus this one next door) when I was there last week.

It's actually their sister company V management that deals with the prep, storage and sales etc.

I would say they're the best independents I've experienced through the years of owning my Mclaren, having tried Thorney as well as Litchfield. V Engineering were a step above.
