Retrofit P1 buckets into 650S

I’ve just acquired some P1 buckets, originally fit to a 570S.

I have a 650S spider with electric heated seats

Does anyone know what’s required to retrofit ?

Assume it’s just bolt in job.

But from an electrics perspective, I’m guessing it’s going to trigger the airbag light ? Assume a simple coding solution ?

I saw a youtube video of some americans playing around with a McLaren, and wanting to change the seats. The dealer said they couldnt code it, for safety reasons. The seats had to be the correct ones for the car, for product liability reasons. Or somesuch thing

Best check with someone who claims to be able to do the coding, either main dealer or independent.

I have P1 buckets and electric comforts and have had mclaren swap them about a few times.

Didn't take them long and it wasn't expensive either.

The weight difference between the P1s and the comforts is incredible.

P1 is my permanent choice now though.

The P1 buckets in my 675LT spider are the best bucket seats of all my cars past and present.
Lamborghini seats are normally horrific but at least the latest sport bucket seat in the tecnica is decent
