All I know is the previous owner on the V5 is BCA fleet Solutions in Northampton -
The car was bought by a nice chap in Liverpool who buys and sells a few cars (car enthusiast) and has owned some very high end supercars - xj220/ ferrari/Lamborghini etc
I guess this one he picked up to sell on , I’m off to see it next week but McLaren won’t give me any info on the car as I am not the owner! (Fair enough)
Any help would be appreciated .
I’m normally a Lamborghini or ferrari guy but have an itch to scratch so would like to get into this one as I love the colour / mileage etc

19/01/21 - serviced via McLaren @1965 miles
So is up for a service
Very low mileage , worries me a little as in past experience the ones driven seem to be more sorted
Trade - 80k
Retail - 96k
Private sale ?
Yep a little worried with cream carpets to be honest ..

Looks like it’s missed a service last year 2022, something that will keep raising its ugly head,,So is up for a service

That looks stunning.
But 2000 miles in 5 years and 3 owners. Did no one want to drive the thing, it’s barely run in and must have spent most of its life sat.
Personally I would rather buy a car that’s been used
376 miles per year, its coming up to 6 years old now, could still be worth a look if the OP loves the spec colour, would need a proper inspection on it though, not sure about warranty with missed a service,,But 2000 miles in 5 years and 3 owners. In terms of comparable cars, there was a Vermillion 2016 GT with 2,300 miles which went up at £100k and was eventually reduced in steps to £90k, at which point it went off the market, presumed sold.
Then there is this McLaren Orange 2017 example on 3,500 miles which has offered since November at £100k and not yet sold
both at independent dealers.
Based on that I could imagine the purple car changing hands privately at around £90k, however it's only been up two weeks so don't know what appetite the seller has to do a deal currently. I'd want the car freshly serviced and to see the paperwork from the service for that price, though.
If it's not being serviced then I'd want to get it inspected by a Mac dealer and then go from their report, they should be able to estimate cost for the required service and anything else it needs, knock that off the price.

If that was the Cinch car, it was at Carfest on their stand last year and it was open so was being tried for size for anyone who fancied it (including myself!) so I'd just check around the cills and door openings to make sure it hasn't been marked by someone who's less able to get their legs over the cill!
Hi Mark
Thanks for this, yep I can see marks on the leather which I did question as it looks marked! Sure it will come off with a cleaner
I’m more concerned with low mileage and what the car was used for - I would need a service and some kind of inspection sorted before I go for the car
