looking at moving in a diff direction to normal and this car is
1, Local to me
2. good looking

So while I'm busying myself reading up on 600LT's here and on other forums - Does anyone know this car for sale at Rybrook in Bham?

https://preowned.mclaren.com/eu/gb/en/vehicles/mcl...

Is it just me or do those discs look toast?
Also are the senna seats 'sized' by using diff thickness cushioning or has that drivers side one been 'squeezed into' ?

Plan to go and check out next week...

Discussed briefly on page 9 of the Sports Series Values thread
https://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&...

It was up at £135k just before Christmas, down to £133k on 12th Jan then to its current asking price on 1st Feb.

I can't imagine that the difference between the seat padding here could be caused by usage, so I'd go with your second theory:

Oh no not again........... i think everyones lost the plot about discs, i highly doubt an approved used would be knocked out with "toast" discs, if you have any concerns when viewing get the dealer to catergorically confirm they are fine, they are in a much better position to assess than any of us from a photo, is the best advise.

Viewed a 20k mile Spider yday and the break discs were absolutely pristine, should be smooth to the touch.

Those disc on that car look ok.

If worn they will be heavily pitted and rough.

Those look like they will still be smooth so just ask for health report which should show brake pad thickness and if under 8mm request new ones fitted to seal a deal but the disc look ok.

A well used car so probably a reliable one, a good buy if all checks out.

Can’t believe that car hasn’t been sold! Does look like different thickness pads on the drivers and passenger seats, bit strange but !!!!
