Started at close to £160k a few months ago....looks a v nice spec and now under £140k. Surely the entire 720S mkt
goes a leg lower from here.

Wow, just wow.

About a month or so back this car caught my eye at £155k, same dealer.

In the end I / we decided putting that much in a 720 in the current climate was probably bonkers.

Ended with a 458 Spider instead.

On the face of it I was right,

That car really caught my eye though.

Just a fire sale, probably not a reflection on the market in general

As with all supercar marques you will always get a car that seems more of a bargain than the average price.

However a whole lot more car than any equivalent priced Ferrari or Porsche

If you actually want to sell a car in the current climate, and at this time of year, it will have to be priced cheap!

Quiet a few under £140K now but none as nice as this one, car is on SOR still covered by a finance agreement and the seller has took delivery of his new car according to ad so will need shot of hence the decent price,, certainly puts some of the others for sale to shame price wise !

What do you think the right price is for the private sale, 28k mile?

Ive just sold mine, it wasnt priced cheap....the right car at the right price will always sell in my opinion, whatever the marque.

Our resident analyst sam (570 thread) has done loads of research recently, cars are selling from low end to high.

I guess just a motivated seller like the 130k 600lt he recently sold.

When this first came up for sale I thought Wow ! that’s cheap for a 720 but looking at others on the market I’m not so sure, mileage is going to put most people off, keep it 2 years and it’ll be in mid 30K miles if enjoyed,, looks like the owners has spent some £ on it recently to get it ready for its new owner, Should it need new brakes at 27K miles though ???

I've noticed over the years that high end car prices (maybe all car prices) are at their lowest in December and January (Christmas and tax bills I imagine mean that few people buy cars at that time). I've usually bought in early new year for precisely that reason. They start to firm up in Feb March and peak in early summer (by which time stock of exotica has often halved).

Noticed this myself over the weekend. The orange on the dash puts me off a bit personally but there's no doubt that it's terrific value for performance like that.

Considering this is from AB with a great reputation, surprised it's dropped that much.

Clearly some difference between advertised and selling prices.

I’d love to get into a 720s especially one that’s been looked after with no expense spared, when I do the man maths I’m just a bit short for one such as this, we’ll when I say just I mean £20K just,, lol.. glwts Webbo88 ! ( I think that was your user name )

I know the owner of this car. Nice bloke and he treats the car like it's another child.

I wouldn't let the mileage put you off.

Yet it still hasn't sold. Are people honestly paying more for other cars and deliberately ignoring this one?

Yep it's a nicer example than some other cars priced £10-15k higher.

So funny !! hehe

Or what about this one ..

“Yes love, I’ve put the car up for sale in my mates garage, he’s priced it realistically so as soon as it sold you can have your new Kitchen “

P.S. sorry if it’s anyone’s car who frequents piston heads chat..

I've been watching his blue 650 - it <almost> matches what I want, but hadn't decided whether I wanted to go and look at it. Wrong time of year, plus hadn't fully decided I want to buy something.
It seems to have disappeared from AT and his website, and isn't in his sold list either. So not sure if the owner has decided to keep it.
