My 12c was at Rybrook McLaren Birmingham for some extensive warranty work and it's totally superb. I did have one issue in that the comfort entry/exit function seemed to have a mind of its own where it would go back and then forward again. Contacted Simon at McBrum and he offered to come to my house on his way home from work to re-program the seat in his own time FOC. Excellent! Though I did cause myself some considerable embarrassment as the reason for the errant seat was the fact that a McLaren umbrella that I had bought had fell down behind the seat stopping it moving as it should! whistle What a plonker getmecoat We had to laugh.
