Think thats a bit of an unfair statement. Yes you'll read a lot of issues online if you look, but you'll also find there are plenty of happy owners who don't tend to post. Plenty of repeat owners, if they were as unreliable as you say, would people really stay with the brand?

Owned mine for 3 years now, very little issues over 10k miles

I suspect you deserve a woosh parrot. I think it was tongue in cheek and a pop at the anti-McLaren brigade that pop up on here from time to time
