Track days

Hi guys, a couple of questions regarding track days, more specifically related to the 570s, tyres and duration on track.

It would seem a decent upgrade to Michelins (Cup2/PS4S) is well regarded, but has anyone over this side of the pond played with widths, going up to 235/295 combo, what pressures are you running and how long do you guys stay out laps wise, 4-6 hot laps or more?

For me (650s or Atom) its 1 warm up, then 3 hot, then 1 cooldown, then pit stop with engine cover open (not needed on Atom ). Rest and repeat for half day.
