Anyone know this 650S?

Quite keen on the storm grey 650S Spider at The Auto Lounge. Anyone know it or have any thoughts? It's a 5 owner car, full McL service history and over a years worth of McL warranty left on it.

As above, don't know the car but I too can recommend 'autolounge' as I had my car from them.

They know their cars up there at the Auto Lounge. I’m sure that’ll be a very good example. The owner has had a number of his own McLarens and races them (at least used to).

The does look like a bargain - and since it's a bit newer and lower mileage than mine makes me think mine is worth about 50p.

I know there are a few people on here looking for 650 Spiders at the moment. One of the MOC members is planning to part ex his, but would be happy to sell privately if anybody is interested. Orange (think VO from the photo), 21k miles, last serviced June 2020, not under warranty. PM me if interested

I had this when I was looking for a car. Messaged a dealer about a 570S and they told me it was sold but it stayed on Autotrader for ages after, a mate rang up to enquire about it a month or so later and was still for sale. Either they qualified me as a time waster or just never phoned/emailed me back if the deal fell through!!

I too enquired on your 650S last night, via Autotrader and received a reply from Craig at Auto lounge this AM, saying that they had taken a deposit.

If the sale does not proceed, perhaps you could let me know.

Dealer HAD taken a deposit but the potential buyer was being qualified for finance etc before the dealer was going to approach the owner which makes perfect sense. All cleared up now, faith restored

I think that if I was selling a car on SOR, and somebody had paid a deposit but hadn't yet completed the deal - I'd want the dealer to tell potential buyers that, and be taking their details in case it fell through.

"It's sold" - before you've even reached the point where you inform the owner that somebody has said they'll buy it - seems slightly premature?
