TPMS on 570S changing whilst tyre change
Discussion
I’m needing new TPMS sensors (not a warranty item)
I think I know which ones I need. But I’m not 100% sure

Anyone fitted their own sensors ? It had a friendly tyre place done it ? Mclaren want about £800 ish.
I’m getting Michelin PS4. Fed up of these rubbish Pirelli plus they are half the price.
Anyone changed just rears ? Or does everyone change four in one go ? My fronts are barely worn but I hate pirelli. Normally buy Toyo or Michelin for my cars for U.K. weather and roads.

Can't help with the sensors.
Fitted PS4S to my 570 and the difference is huge. A full set was only about £750-800 last summer. I would recommend changing all 4 though.
1. Miss matched tyres (particularly part worn on the front) will have a negative impact on grip, roadholding and handling.
2. When you get round to changing the fronts, the rears will be part worn so you still won't feel the benefit of new tyres and the optimal handling characteristics of the car.
3. Looks crap having a decent car with miss-matched tyres.
