I have a McLaren 570GT and the manual states Pirelli Sottozeros in 285/35 ZR20 for rear and 225//35 ZR19 for front. When ordering and checking on Pirelli website it states the fronts are not available. The dealer says he will fir 235/35 to front but i don't think this is a good idea on a 200 MPH car. Does anyone know why the manual states a tyre that doesn't exist? Is it safe to put on a different size? Can i just use Michelin instead even though McLaren state must be Pirelli? HEEEEEELP!!!

You won't be doing 200mph on winter tyres I'd just use Michelin or another premium brand, winter alter the handling anyway and whilst Sottozeros are decent it won't drive like on summers. No offence, but regardless of the abilities of the car I assume you're not going to be doing 200mph on winter tyres. Whether it will cause issues with rubbing, ABS etc is a question though.
Plenty of people fit Michelin summer tyres - and in fact say they're a big step up from Pirelli - so I don't think there is an issue in swapping brands.

Assuming the 570gt has the same wheel arch space of the 570S then you will have no problems with 235 tyres. I run 245 for road only use and 305 rear with no issues on my 570S.
Be aware though that Michelin tyres can have a squarer side wall
The only time you may have an issue is on track under heavy braking .

If you zoom in on the photo in this article you will see the front tyres are indeed 235s
