570S Trackpack Option
Discussion
Yes, I have one and would recommend one if you can find one, as they are quite rare. It was quite an expensive option but having the lightweight carbon P1 seats, track telemetry and full alcantara interior does add to the occasion imho. The wheels that came with the track pack also suit it well and I like the look of the Palladium roof too; so for me it was worth the cost.
I understand your concern on price but if you add up the cost of the individual track pack items the package price brings a good saving.
If you are interested in a low mileage, one year old example then please PM me, if you decide on a new car then I would still recommend it if you can make the figures work. Either way best of luck.

Has anyone had the Trackpack option fitted on their 570S and is it worth the rather, cough, premium?
I haven't had the track pack option, but I did have a sit in one when I visited Bristol a couple of weeks ago. (it was a new car but they told me they would be able to sell it a very good price! it's white with orange decals on it). My first impressions - if I was in the market, it would have everything I want on it (bar the bucket seats). That being said, I was very surprised at how comfortable the buckets were! The white is lovely, I believe it is Silica White, slightly metallic.. and the black interior gives a nice contrast.
IMHO I think if I were to track a car, I would probably go for a track pack.. but seeing as though I potter about most of the time the sports seats are perfect for me! if you're local to Bristol I would recommend going down just to give you an idea of what the track pack offers, even if you are going to buy a different car!!
keep us posted as to how you get on

When I was looking for a 570S, I specifically wanted the 'Track Pack'. I do track days and am a high performance driving instructor. It was(is) perfect and the seats are brilliant.
If you are speccing one, the option cost is quite high, but if purchased separately, would cost more. Since only around 10% of cars have it, it may help residuals down the road.

As time goes by the track pack will considered 'rare' and thus desirable. But for now...
Entirely agree. Very similar lightweight interior to the 600 LT (P1 seats, Alcântara) and track telemetry, super lightweight wheels etc plus rarity (in the U.K.) make for potential future desirability. Gassing Station | McLaren | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
