650S headlight adjustment - continental driving

I'm taking the car for our group's annual Road Trip into Europe in a few weeks' time. While most/all of the driving should be in daylight I didn't want to give the cops an excuse to pull us over.

To this end do people adjust their 650S headlights for driving on the other side of the road - is it even possible? Or do you buy those stick on beam deflectors?

Don't do either Skittles, the lights are flat and they work in Europe the same as they do here.
