MP4 12C / 12-c / 12-c spider ........ Timeline

Hi guys, when did the MP4-12C become just the 12C?
Is this right

2011 MP4-12c
2012 12c
2013 12c spider
2014 12c spider

Appreciate there are cross overs with the above but is that about right ?
Was there actually a date or model year for the change or did we all just get bored typing the full name ?

Want to get some go faster stickers to go with the Turbo badges and will look a right Charlie if they are factually wrong

It was around 2012 when the spider was launched. However I think it may be on the V5 for the models as it was on the V5 for a 2013 car I a few months ago.

Various Googled articles suggest before end October 2012 (Motorsport 24 October confirms 12C) but after an August US review of the 2013 model year still called it MP4-12C
