Just watched Chris Harris latest video on the 488 Spider and the first thing he commented on was that the Ferrari Spider chassis was not as good as the McLaren.

On behalf of the car journalists out there I would like to point out that there is actually some hard work involved in this job.







OK, I'm not going to lie, getting to drive supercars hard and then hand them back so someone else pays for tires and insurance does pretty much make up for all of that.

Looks great especially in blue but if you are going for open top motoring it has to be a McLaren purely and simply because of the carbon tub.
Every Ferrari and Lamborghini spider I've had has suffered with scuttle shake and lots of squeaks and rattles.
The McLaren simply doesn't and for anyone OCD like me about this kind of stuff its amazing.
650S spider is so underrated IMHO

This is why I don't understand Mclaren owners.

They go and buy a 675LT AND a 675LT Spider, when you could own both a M and a 488 and enjoy the experience more, surely?
