650S Aero brake thingy.

How do you set this so it does that aero braking?
Mine is happy to raise or lower when I press the Aero button but I can't get it to do the flapping up and down thing during braking. Do you have to slam both feet on the pedal in a do or die fashion? Mine doesn't seem to do anything under normal (spirited) driving conditions.

I'm doing this wrong aren't I?

I believe the system is designed to work when you brake firmly from above a certain speed, 60mph I think.

Yes, it comes out under moderate to heavy braking from above 60mph.
If you decelerate normally, it will not come out.
It is so enjoyable to feel the change of balance of the car braking for roundabouts separating sections of double carriage ways :-)
It is like the DRS in sports mode. You have to floor the pedal to see the brake disapear.
