Thanks, managed to get Event Tyres booked in and they assure me they can (a) lift the car (b) repair the puncture and (c) will bring a spare tyre in case they can't - great service from them as always
At first I thought that a repair may be an issue if I was using my car on track, but for everyday normal driving couldn't see it being an issue. Apparently puncture repairs are only guaranteed upto 160mph!!!!
If puncture repairs weren't recommended then there is now way, in today's claim culture, that these companies would be repairing tyres.

I wonder if they'll be able to repair it or if you'll be lucky they brought the spare along At first I thought that a repair may be an issue if I was using my car on track, but for everyday normal driving couldn't see it being an issue.
