White Miura SV at 1971 London Motor Show. Anyone have a pic?

In early 2011, I went to view what turned out to be a dog rough white ( repainted ) two door Range Rover, somewhere in Herts at a rather nice house. Got chatting classics with the seller and he told me that he had bought a brand new white SV from Portmans. I recall that he knew a bit about Muiras and I am sure that he said that his SV was one of just 7 white SVs ?

Interesting. Not sure quite how many white SVs were made in total but at one time it was widely reported that there were only 7 RHD SVs. There were actually 9 with 2 (one white) going to the Southern Hemisphere with 7 in the UK with only 1 white RHD SV here. I don't think Portman Lamborghini existed in 1971. We bought the white RHD SV that remained here from a gentleman called Steve Warbey (spelling) from the Stevenage/Hitchin area of Herts in 1976 but he was not the original owner. Yes, that is the car. Chassis number 4830. Originally had gold wheels and sills which it has today.

Interesting. Not sure quite how many white SVs were made in total but at one time it was widely reported that there were only 7 RHD SVs. That Black SV was around in the early 1980's and registered LAM130 as the number plate (I think previously Reg: LYX283K). It belonged to the chairman of the Lambo Club UK at the time, a really nice bloke called Ray Beverly. Indeed it went to South America. I believe one of the last SV's on a very, very late chassis that came here (a white car with black/possibly very dark blue or either natural leather if memory serves but honestly I can't remember the interior spec) via the UK importer and ordered new, was for a customer to Beirut, Lebanon.
If memory serves, in the late seventies (as late as 1978 I think), Walter Wolf had an SV built by the factory from left over parts well after production had ended.....

Somewhere in the attic I have a picture of a White SV Miura that I took when it was at the Portmans showroom in London. It was Circa 1990/91 and it was white with Gold Sills and Gold Wheels. From memory I can't remember if it was a right hooker or not but I'll endeavour to find that photo and post it here. Hope that helps find an answer to the mystery. In the mean time this is Ray Beverly's old SV with a very appropriate number plate I mentioned earlier!

2 RHD Miura SV went to South Africa = #4822 White, #4826 Blue.
2 LHD to RHD Miura SV Conversions which are claimed to have been done by the factory are #5002 Red, #5036 Red.
Regarding the 2 LHD to RHD conversions that went to Australia, one of them didn't get a 4th rest/foot pedal and the rear clam catch inside the cabin was left on the left side which which made me wonder was the conversion actually done by the factory? Though, there is said to be factory paperwork for the conversion. Don't know about the other one.

Apologies, just seen this. I wonder if it was the same guy ?? The nice house I went to view the rough white 2 door Range Rover at, was tucked away down a lane. I seem to re call that he said was or had been in advertising.
