What a stunning example of the purest iteration of Countach! Thanks for posting.

Lovely car, but with that mileage and pricetag, is it ever going to be driven again? :-/

Realised over twice the estimate. Not bad going.

Isn't there another Periscopa coming up at GFoS? Seems a long time ago when the ex Jamiroquai car was hanging around at £35k!

Forget first $1M Countach, it wasn't far off £1M, selling for £953,500!

Yes and yes(ish)

I put in a couple of cheeky bids which were unsuccessful. Last year's cheeky bid turned out to be a blinder, shame i couldn't repeat the good fortune this time, but i'm not complaining.

There was a serious bidding war on this car. 4 guys at one point, with one coming in at around 800k from memory, ended up between Simon Kidston and another chap, Simon lost out, which Bonhams probably found rather amusing.
