Your ex DLA12056 was for sale in Bedford last year
That will now be under my careful ownership I purchased it from the trade seller in Bedford, and I have to be honest, it was in a mess, running on only 7 cylinders, damp inside, looks like it had not been serviced in years and various things not working. Oh, and not the best paint job I have ever seen.
This is still very a work in progress - lots of mechanical work has now been done, including new engine mounts (that was fun), and various bits that were not working have been coaxed back into life, but still enough to do to keep me tinkering over the winter. Paint work looks better now it has been buffed - but it really needs stripping and doing again to be perfect.
PM me if you want more information ..
Hi thanks for the update it was always a work in progress with me also. I see it though as you have one to enjoy and play with when the time is right. I'll tell you the story some day as to how I came to buy it, be good to see you and the car at a meeting some time.
Do you have the blue one also in the photo? I still have the photo of it up on the wall!!..is that right haha.

Hi David,
I have seen your name in the various documents that came with the car, which are substantial in quantity and I will do my best to keep up the good work and documentation you contributed to. Now the weather is closing in, she won't go out much until the sun returns next year, so time to tinker with her in the garage - I might PM you with some questions if you don't mind.
Yes, the Blue beast in the background is also mine.
