Anyone here moved from an Aventador S to an SVJ
Discussion
What did you think - is there a big difference in the ownership experience and driving experience. The SVJs seem to be rising in value rapidly now that the Revuelto early "craze" has died with over 25 on the market for sale and may more hidden on dealer forecourts not even advertised. Leicester have 5 for sale right now.
On the other hand SVJs are like gold dust...

Having owned an S Roadster i dont feel that the extra £200k to an SVJ would justify the added benefits of it. And as for depreciation, i think a £200k S isnt a bad bet. Plus Revuelto prices will continue to come down which may expose the SVJ prices.
Ive had 2xS's great cars but they have depreciated heavily over the past 2 years. The SVJ is as rare as hen's teeth with circa 30 coupes left in the UK the rest being written off or exported hence why that market is so hot. I dont think the Revuelto will impact the SVJ prices at all. Look at the 296/458/488 v 458 Speciale market values- no comparison...
I've now made the switch from owning 2x Aventador S to the SVJ.
Blown away, completely different car and ownership experience. The ALA system is amazing and the car just feels much much faster than the S.
The attention it gets is also overwhelming the road presence is something else. Thankfully I found one with comfort seats and its pretty comfortable to drive too. I was expecting it to be a lot "harder" but its not actually that bad at all. The 765 LT I tried was much more harder and in fact so was a Gt3RS.,

I would expect that attention increase may come from a color change or something else as the visual differences from an S are mainly cosmetics for non-experts like us.Blown away, completely different car and ownership experience. Glad to hear you are enjoying the SVJ.
I know someone who got out of one about 6 months ago and they have regretted it since.
I'm loving it - its a much more planted and faster car. A few dealers and people within the trade that were helping me find the right car have told me the same thing. Few owners traded for a Revuelto and are really regretting the move. I know someone who got out of one about 6 months ago and they have regretted it since.
