Discussion
Hi All,
Anyone can advise when cars will be delivered to the UK.
Have been offered a Sept 2014 delivery.
Also, anyone think any discounts will be possible? Anyone had a serious discussion with a dealership that can shed some light on the above questions. I have yet to speak to a uk dealer.

i have spoken to a main dealer.... order books are full, there is no need to discount. If you have not even spoken to a dealer yet, no way you willl get a sept 2014 delivery, earliest car i could get was q3/4 2015... there are people who have had deposits down sice 2009..... if you can get a sept delivery from a non-franchised dealer, expect to pay a premium..... though having said that... will they raise that much of a premium..... there is the speciale and 650s out there also, the 911 and new r8 get ever faster, 458 and 4c-12 prices continue to fall, there will not be a 2yr waiting list, is the car radical enough/diff enough.... lets await the driving reviews.... for this to be a speculator model, i reckon its got to destroy track times...

Usual Lambo times will no doubt apply...
Geneva launch.
Demos May / June.
First deliveries October time - the start of 2015MY. You'll be giving big premiums for a car delivered this year.
Like 70proof I expect this car to be a bit of a game-changer in terms of performance. If that's even possible these days!

I actually agree with you on the performance, I can imagine the car will be much better than the most modern Gallardo. But I keep thinking maybe they shot themselves in the foot with not getting the 0-62 mpgh to less than or at 3 seconds.though having said that... will they raise that much of a premium..... there is the speciale and 650s out there also, the 911 and new r8 get ever faster, 458 and 4c-12 prices continue to fall, there will not be a 2yr waiting list, is the car radical enough/diff enough.... lets await the driving reviews.... for this to be a speculator model, i reckon its got to destroy track times...

Many good points about alternative cars. but I suppose the fact remains that a Lambo is a lambo and people will either want it or not, rather than consider alternative models in the price range.
As said, been offered a sept del 2014 with no premium. UK RHD car etc.... anyone thinking that one can achieve a small premium on this car?
