The lambo didn't look to be going stupidly fast and it was on the main road. The car joining was doing so slowly at an angle so maybe being LHD the driver couldn't see it very well.

Shame but I bet it will be a fight over whose at fault

Well for a start there are two illegally parked cars to the left of the Lamborghini, if they had not been there it might have given the Lambo driver half a chance frown Hope the Rozzers throw the book at the illegally parked cars.

It's near impossible to judge speed with the naked eye, let alone on a video recording but it did not "appear" the Lambo was going excessively quickly. Also going by the engine note, not exactly screaming. Wonder if the Mazda driver even looked before pulling out. Therein lies the rub, surely if it was a motorbike and not a Lambo then no argument?

Parked cars were not illegally parked.

Wow, pretty much how I got hit in my lowly Beemer but on the N/S.
It's easy to say you would go fking mental being pulled out on and hit like that.
Reality is,as the driver in this video it's ( if you are of sound mind) a lot calmer than that.
Initially before you get out the car it's anger, I found with me when I did get out ( after checking my son who was at the time just 9, was ok) I calmed right down. It was a very distraught young lady, who was very concerned about what just happened, more so when she saw my then young son in the passenger seatb(side she hit hard)
He was ok I was ok and told her so? She was still mortified it had happened. I ended up having to reassure her everything was ok, it's just bent parts, nobody is hurt.
Still cost her over 15k in repairs, which is nothing compared to that aventador.
