Can't get the [pic][/pic] thing to work

Ted. Am I being dim or does the parser knacker the image embedding by processing the URL and generating a link...

Don, looking at Thom's 2 pics of a 968S in the Porker thread (Rarity), it appears the syntax is:
(pic)URL(/pic)

With square brackets instead of curvy ones. Is that what you put in ?

I put the full URL in the convertibles thread, http:// etc etc and it's OK to me.

Ok now with syntax as per Gregs message - is that the pic you were trying to post? your post seemed to have the [pic] string twice.
