Hi, could somebody tell me the best way to try and get my money back after a scammer caught me on pistonheads, Many thanks, Davo.

If you really want help and advice do you not think it would be an idea to add more information such as who scammed you, how you were scammed, what method you used to make any transactions etc etc? A lot more information is required for anyone to be able to even begin to help you.

I brought some evo 6 tommi mak parts paid for them with a bank transfer, the person i brought them off told me they were sent three time but kept returning back to the sending post office so when i ask for my money back they said they would do a bank transfer, but its never happend. I have their email address and bank details.

Please don,t think i hold pistonheads resposible its a risk we all take when we make a purchase from private sellers.
