its when u just replied to one post then try to reply to another within a certain timeframe, wait a sec and try again

Every now and then when i click reply or start topic i get this sign

Problem is its happening on threads which i havent even posted on yet and i've been leaving it for a few minutes and still getting the same message.

its a health system for those that post over 10k posts/year

pistonheads are trying to save our marriages/health etc etc

That message is to stop people posting messages one after another very quickly, it shouldn't trouble you unless you are up to something unusual but it looks like the time might be wrong on one of our servers which could cause it to appear erroneously.

I'll have a look and see if I can spot which one is running fast.
