tags.nabbr.com - how can I get rid?

Went on to the funny typing thread - aBouT THis - and suddenly got a perpetual clicking sound. Page nav shows I've got a tags.nabbr.com link in my history which disappears when I navigate away from a thread.

Hoe can I get rid of it the clicking is driving me nuts!

Tried blocking it in IE8 - no difference....?
