There's not a great deal of people on there at the minute though, as there's quite a few "empty" areas...

Also, as great as the Tedvertiser might be, it's still open to people outside of PH...

Free st vs Paying...

A lot of PH'ers use Freecycle to ditch their old (to them, crap) and I don't think there's one single user that's entirely happy...

At least doing it via PH, you know (well, there's a much better chance!) that it will go to someone who genuinely want it, rather than wants to sell it on... and it wont be full of dheads asking for 42" Plazmas every day...

It's more an alternative to Freecycle, rather than an alternative to the Classifieds...

Maybe the classifieds could have a "Free st" section (with NO wanted ads!)? But that (IMO) would still be open to abuse by people joining up wanting stuff rather than joining in with rest of the site...
