My garage pictures

Is there an easy way of putting pictures to my vehicles in my profile?

It says I still have to host them somewhere which I find to be a pain in the rear. I like the new PH picture uploader thing; is there any chance this could be applied to profile vehicles?

I like it when I can see peoples vehicles, especially if they're a bit unusual and maybe more people would put pics up if it was a bit easier?

If you use the picture uploader in a normal thread, I don't see why you couldn't just cut and paste the code it adds into your profile.

Wouldn't that mean that I have to put pictures of all of my bikes in a thread, or does the uploader work if I type a reply but don't submit it?

I'd assumed (perhaps wrongly!) that it only uploaded them once the picture was visible in the thread.

Yep that definitely works, just reply to a thread, upload the photo, copy the image URL that it generates for you, abandon the reply and paste the URL into your profile.

Yep, as above, reply to this topic (or any, it doesn't matter), go through the upload process, copy the urls, and paste them into your profile... You don't have to submit the post where you upload the photos, just click the back button on your browser...

The other option is just go direct to http://thumbsnap.com/

You don't need to sign up and it will let you upload a photo ready to use within about 3 clicks without faffing about starting and abandoning a reply.

The first option didn't work anyway, just ended up with a red cross!

Just to add we are looking through the Members area section to try and improve it a little, especially the garage section as we want to start promoting this a bit more.
