Hover over preview of thread topic

Have you ever considered adding hover over preview functionality in the forums? (eg as below)?

I find it annoying sometimes when you don't want it to pop up, but on balance I find it useful on some of the other forums I browse. It means I can avoid threads I won't find of interest.

This isn't easy to build for PH because of the way the databases are currently set up. It is on the list of ideas though and is something we'd like to add in the future.

Cheers Mr Will, I don't think it's a particularly terrible omission but was just wondering.

Another vote for that functionality here, it's really useful when the thread title is completely ambiguous.
