Classified advert - wrong number recorded by Phonesafe

I’m attempting to contact a seller using the advertised Phonesafe number but it’s diverting to a wrong number. It's maddening enough paying 38p/min let alone paying that for a wrong number!
I’ve e-mailed the seller but not had a reply. Does anyone have a Phonesafe contact number so I can get the phone number changed? I've e-mailed the PH contact but don't expect a reply to the the holidays.

The mistake will be by the seller, not Phonesafe. The system just allocates a phonesafe number to the number supplied by the seller, so we're reliant on this being correct in the first place.
It means that email is the only way of getting in touch. Could you supply a link to the ad please?
