PH Email

All emails from PH keep going to my spam folder.

They never used to.

Even the COPY one's.

Any ideas guys?

It's nothing to do with PH it's your mail sorter that appears to be causing the problem.

It is all down to how trustworthy your email provider thinks that the PH Mail server is. If several people report PH Mail (such as classified replies) as spam then it can temporarily put us on a warning list which will cause all the mail to end up in your spam folder.

It should all sort itself out within a few days though, is it okay now?
