Why did my thread get removed?

I started a thread that's been removed and haven't been advised why nor do I know what rules it breached.

It was in the Porsche forum asking about an oddity with the alarm on my 997 car. (#735593)

Can someone please advise why it was removed?

A curious bug caused it to disappear, it is now back, and we will fix the bug.

That's just because you couldn't move him without a court order and the police were too scared.
