I don't see why the topic should be closed. Whenever someone came up with something like "lets order him lots of take away food" everyone was sensible about it and nothing nasty or illegal has been done. A good, fair, non threatning letter has been delivered and im sure everyone reading the topic is now waiting for the results to see if the scammer does indeed gives the foglight or the money back.
Paul made the right decision to lock the thread, otherwise it would be a nightmare keeping up with the increasingly threatening suggestions on there that I didn't condone.
I hope to be able to post the outcome of this matter on here, then maybe Paul can just cut it in to the original thread - hopefully it'll be a happy ending.
In the meantime I'd just like to thank all of you for your support, particularly Funk and Xlifts

No worries i think Paul made a difficult but fair decision on this one.

Issue a county court claim against him, okay you'll have to fork out in the beginning, but it's the principle.
