Smiley spacing.

You used to be able to post smileys, and you could space them apart by how many spaces you selected with your space bar.

This doesn't happen now though, all the smileys are rubbing shoulders, no matter how far apart you space them.

Can you fix it?

No spaces.


Spaces, but still comes out the same.


Using full stops in-between works.

They're friendly - let them be.

It's because HTML is a non-whitespace language. This means that you can put as many spaces between words/elements and it'll show up as just one to allow you do double space, we have use of a special charecter  . The forum doesn't convert to that though (none of them do!) so you need to brake up your spaces with something else, like the dot, or [i ][ /i] tags!

It should allow one space (but no more) between smileys, I'll add it to the bugs list and take a look as soon as possible.

The same thing happens with links separated by spaces...

[url]Like|http:\\foo.com[/url] [url]this|http:\\bar.com[/url].
