Have noticed it a couple of times and wondered how it was possible.

When you close a thread and someone is replying their reply goes through...

The system checks to see if the thread is open when you click the post link. If you then take five mins to compose your message and in the meantime it gets closed then (currently) it still allows the message to be added.

It's a 'feature' of the system

If someone has already started posting when the thread is locked, it goes through

Why is it on some threads i can edit a post after its been closed whilst on others i cant.Surely once closed no editing should be allowed as there is no right of reply

Sorry Pies...

American response when somebody questions good fortune or success...

"Clean Living" (usually with a wink and a nod) implies that the recipient of the good fortune lives a devout life "by the rules" therefor the success or good fortune is his reward...



Two people seperated by a common language and all that, eh?
