How long do topics stay on PH?

I'm still learning how the forums work. Do topics stay on PH indefinately? What about the topics that are linked to in my profile, will I always be able to see them again, or will they dissapear one day?

All topis stay on PH indefinitely, you should always be able to view them although on the older ones some pictures may no longer be available.

I think there is a cut off. I did a search for some old posts of mine (2 years plus) and couldn't find them.

The earliest posts in here are from January 2000. Before that there was another forum system which I didn't import.

Currently there are no plans to archive anything off. It's all still here

Reminds me of the serial numbers for the kit I used to design, all started at 3584 for a reason related tot the BBC Micro B
